We’ll kick off the RAD Summit with a relaxed rooftop happy hour, giving members the chance to connect with peers ahead of the main programming. Enjoy food, drinks, and sweeping views of the city while getting to know fellow attendees in an informal setting.

We’ll set the tone for the Summit with a welcome message that outlines our goals and what’s ahead. This session will cover the current state of the RAD Collective, highlight what we aim to accomplish over the next two days, and reaffirm the values that ground our community.

We'll open the day by drafting a collective message from the RAD community to the broader benefits ecosystem—calling out conventional thinking as the true enemy and identifying key areas for systemic improvement.

Common Sense in Obesity Treatment: Indications, Outcomes, and What’s Next

Novo Nordisk joins us for a grounded, evidence-driven look at the evolving landscape of obesity treatment. This session will break down upcoming indications for therapies, explore early findings from a study on real-world cost impact, and provide insight into the current development pipeline.

GLP-1s and other high-cost therapies are reshaping employer pharmacy strategies. In this interactive session with Prime Therapeutics, RAD members will explore how to build structured, evidence-based frameworks for evaluating expensive drugs—balancing clinical impact, cost control, and stop-loss implications. Expect group collaboration, real-time feedback, and fresh data on outcomes, adherence, and innovation.

ICHRA is gaining traction across the employer space. In this panel, representatives from Benefitbay, Remodel Health, and Oscar Health will share insights from different corners of the market—offering an honest, open forum to ask questions and explore how this model is evolving in real time.

What’s Next in Health Investment: Distribution, Deals, & Direction

Join us for a fireside-style discussion exploring how investors are thinking about the employer-funded healthcare space in 2025. We’ll cover macroeconomic trends, healthcare policy shifts, and the evolving dynamics of broker-led distribution. From deal flow and consolidation to renewed interest in TPAs, well-being, and cost containment, this session will offer insights from both the deal frontlines and the broader ecosystem. RAD members will walk away with a clearer view of their role—not just as distributors, but as validators and potential investors shaping what comes next.

Run the Rocky Steps [Optional]

Kick off the morning with an optional run to the iconic Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. We will meet in the main lobby of The Logan. This trip will be approximately 2 miles round trip, and it will be a fun way to take in the city and connect with fellow RAD members before the day begins. It’s the eye of the tiger, the thrill of the run!

Chris will share his experience driving change through a recently passed bill in Virginia and offer insights into how brokers and consultants can play a direct role in pushing the industry forward.

How much does Summit registration cost?

Attendance to the RAD Summit is offered at no cost. RAD Collective members who are attending the event are responsible for their individual cost of travel and hotel stay.

What is the nightly rate at The Logan, and how do I reserve my room?

When should I plan to arrive in Philadelphia?

The RAD Summit begins on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, with an optional happy hour in the evening. We recommend arriving earlier in the day to settle in and make the most of the networking opportunities.

When does the RAD Summit end?

The RAD Summit has programming that lasts throughout Thursday (April 24) and concludes in the afternoon on Friday (April 25). Please plan to leave Friday evening.
